Key job responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a bold customer-focused product strategy and vision for the next generation of Smart TVs with partner brands Define creative, high-quality, long-term portfolio roadmaps based on that strategy and vision Launch smart TVs, from ideation to development to launch Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and customer stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application Manage prioritization and tradeoffs between customer experience, performance, and operational support load Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Drive product launches in concert with engineering, operations, go-to-market, PR, and other product teams Secure buy-in for the product vision and strategy with senior leadership and internal and external partners Drive decisions across engineering, UX, and commercial teams. A day in the life No two days will be the same. You will have fun, learn something new, and innovate and delight our customers every day. Be it at ideation or at launch, you will be leading activities that will keep you connected with the most important people, our customers. This could mean defining a vision, writing a press release for us to work backwards from, or analyzing customer feedback. You could be working with our internal partners (engineering, commercial, PR) to make product/design decisions, or with our external partners (brands) to launch these products. In the last few years we have built 4.5, 4.6. 4.7 and now 4.8 star rated products - and are just getting started! We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bangalore, KA, IND Basic Qualifications Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
