Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Craft and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns. Market Research: Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on industry shifts. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and tech teams to drive growth initiatives and optimize user funnels. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the growth budget to ensure ROI and efficient resource utilization. Campaign Design & Execution: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative test campaigns to drive growth. Analyze results to refine and optimize future campaigns. Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models and customer retention mechanisms. Familiarity with international e-commerce markets, especially the North American region, to align global strategies with local tactics.
