- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in Delhi and Mumbai markets
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

- Travel frequently to Delhi and Mumbai to oversee sales operations and meet with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the Delhi and Mumbai markets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently between Udaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai
