Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer– Accounts Payable!In this role, you will be responsible to work as a P2P processor across all AP sub-activitiesResponsibilities:Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutionsReview and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.Release the invoices for Payment timely and accuratelyEnsure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customerFollow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets ) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guidelineAble to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvementsAdhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activitiesPerform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelinesQualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree – B. ComExperience in Accounts Payable domainERP (SAP) Knowledge is mandateExcellent knowledge on ERP Applications, AP Workflow Tools, T&E Workflow Tools would be required in the candidateFocus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.A strong team player who believes in ‘winning as a team’Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsExcellent comm. skills – Verbal & WrittenExperience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools and T&E workflow toolsMust be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency and hard workingMust be willing to work in US shift (6PM- 3AM IST)Strong domain experience in P2PPreferred qualificationsM.ComKnowledge on Lean Six Sigma ConceptsWhy join Genpact?
