Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Administer employee letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and other employment-related transactions. End to end monthly salary processing Compliance report preparation and submission Manage the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate reports Attendance & leave management Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Address routine employee inquiries and addressing grievances Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve employee relations issues To manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees across multiple locations To support statutory compliance, internal/external audits, benefits administration, and payroll system/process changes. Perform audits of payroll tax computation and compliance. Cooperate and/or drive continuous improvement projects related to payroll processing. Coordinate year end activities in cooperation with payroll provider.
