- Conduct structured technical interviews remotely for mid-to-senior level support roles.
- Assess candidate capabilities in problem-solving, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, databases, scripting, and real-world scenarios.
- Provide clear, objective evaluations and scoring based on interview performance.
- Offer hiring recommendations aligned with the role's technical and soft skill requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate interactions.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of:
- Web technologies, APIs (REST, JSON, OAuth)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Web servers and databases (Apache, IIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support operations.
- Prior interviewing or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a fair and analytical mindset.
- Exposure to virtualization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Certifications in ITIL, Azure, or AWS
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira) and knowledge base systems
