Then it seems like you'd make a great addition to our vibrant international team.We are looking for: Senior Test Engineer (Automation Engineer)You'll make an impact by:CRM Tools & Sales Operations (50%)· Define and implement enterprise-level test automation strategies, frameworks, and best practices.· Architect scalable, maintainable, and modular automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing.· Oversee test automation planning, script development, execution, and test data creation for complex product enhancements and new features.· Perform in-depth analysis, bug replication, and verification across various product releases and service packs.· Review, optimize, and maintain automation suites to ensure long-term stability and high coverage.· Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product management teams to analyze issues and drive high-quality deliverables.· Create and maintain automation-related documentation (framework design, guidelines, execution reports, metrics, and defect analyses).· Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to QA teams on automation design and implementation.· Ensure automation integration with CI/CD pipelines and oversee release validation readiness.· Present demos, conduct training sessions, and support cross functional teams in understanding automation capabilities and quality metrics.Use your skills to move the world forward!· We need a BE / B.Tech graduate with 4-7 years of experience in Test Automation, including 3+ years in automation architecture or framework design.· Strong hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks-preferably using Playwright.· Expertise in programming languages such as C#, Python, and experience with modern automation frameworks and tools.· Previous experience as a Test Automation Engineer with deep knowledge of automation processes, patterns, and standards.· Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.· Highly accurate, detail oriented, and capable of driving innovation in automation strategy.· Strong skills in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level automation scripts and reusable libraries.· Ability to define and enforce test automation guidelines and coding standards.· Experience collaborating with QA Analysts, Software Developers, DevOps, and Architects to implement end to end automation solutions.· Ability to stay current with the latest test automation trends, tools, and industry developments.Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!This role is based in Bangalore, where you'll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
