We are seeking a high-performing and self-driven DGM - Sales (Individual Contributor) to drive business growth across the West region (Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat) and Chennai (Tamil Nadu region). The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding business within the Healthcare and Education sectors, selling Facility Management (FM) services and/or Food Services.This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring strong hunting capability, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles independently.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in Healthcare (hospitals) and Education (schools, universities, institutions).- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and margin targets. Market Expansion- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat markets.- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals. Solution Selling- Understand client needs and position customized Facility Management and/or Food Service solutions.- Collaborate with operations and solutioning teams to develop competitive proposals. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads).- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Market Intelligence- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.- Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategy refinement.Key Requirements : Experience : - 10-15 years in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Facility Management, IFM, FM Services/Food Services.- Proven track record of selling into Healthcare and/or Education sectors.- Strong network and market understanding in West India (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat) for Mumbai and Tamil Nadu for Chennai.- Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle long sales cycles and complex, multi-location deals.
