This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales who are passionate about fieldwork, client engagement, and driving business expansion. The candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and promoting innovative mobility and IoT solutions to businesses.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth for Vodafone Mobility and IoT solutions through field visits, cold calling, and direct client interactions.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients across industries, including logistics, manufacturing, retail, and services.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IoT and mobility solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a proven ability to generate and close leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidence in conducting cold calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions (IoT/Mobility) and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom, IoT, or mobility solutions is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, technology, or related industries.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based role.
