In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality web applications using ReactJS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities :1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using ReactJS.2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.4. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.5. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end solutions.6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.8. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirement :1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).2. Proven experience (8+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.6. Experience with version control systems such as Git.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8.Strong communication and leadership skills.Mandatory :1. Experience with TypeScript.2. Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, GraphQL).3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.4. Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
