Company: MercerDescription:Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Bangalore office.Senior Analyst – Survey Administration (B2)This role is for the Analyst in the compensation consulting team. The position offers good career advancement opportunities, supported by training and professional development as well as access to the firm’s global network.We will count on you to:Client-related activities – contact clients during the survey cycle, respond to client ad-hoc queries

Support to the market consultants – supports participation solicitation, data collection material distribution & follow-up on data submissions, data validation and closure of client queries with support from mentor, resolving results access related issues and respond to ad-hoc queries

Internal administrative tasks - update client participation database, ensure that all the documentation and record keeping are complete

Help in creating / preparing client decks and reports, dashboards with necessary 1st level insights

To work on Large Data set on Excel. Cleaning and Structuring datasets (within HR - salary / benefits / attrition / structures / etc.)

Help standardize data across multiple clients / regions - under the supervision of the project managers

What you need to have:well versed with working on O365 and automation tools like SQL / Python / Power BI / Tableau is preferred

Good and quick Data Analysis - calculating percentiles, understand pay-gaps, job / level mapping (under project manager supervision) and help in necessary workforce segmentation / analysis as deemed and agreed for the project (People / Data Analysis).

Able to multi-task between different projects

Basic understanding of Rewards is an added advantage

Able to communicate with the external clients o'er calls - when need be; under the supervision of Sr Project Managers is an added advantage

Ensures accuracy in data / reporting
