We're looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Software Test engineer to join a highly motivated and passionate team, working on applications.Responsibilities:- Interacting closely with Business Functional and Technical Teams to understand Software Requirements- Test bank creation for functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing and sanity testing- Test bank execution for each release- Reporting test case execution status on regular basis- End user training and client interaction for application adoption- Act as gatekeeper of high quality and performance for Heckyl applicationsMust-Haves :- Knowledge of Stock Markets Capital Markets Finance domain- Experience Stock and Derivatives Trading Testing web and mobile based applications.- Excellent understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles and General Programming Concepts- Excellent Manual Testing Skills- Experience in using TFS or any other repository tool- Knowledge about AJAX calls and how they work- Good documentation skills- Ability to work independently and also as part of a Team- Ability to work in a fast-paced Start-up- Attention to detail and focus on accuracyNice-to-Have:- Hands-on experience with Open Source Testing tools like Selenuim, LoadUI etc.- Good knowledge of SQL Database Concepts- Knowledge of Trading Applications like Nest Trader ( Omnesys ), ODIN & NOW.Qualifications:Bachelor's (BE, BTech, BSc, BS) or Master's (ME, MTech, MSc, MS) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, however qualification is not a barrier for the right candidate.Role:Industry Type:Department:Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
