Strong telecom knowledge across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G service flows and interfaces. Proven expertise in NOC operations, alarm handling, change management, fault diagnosis, and configuration management. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as CITRIX, Putty, EMS, and Netcool. Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. Good knowledge of IP networking protocols: OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD, and Segment Routing. Understanding of switching technologies and protocols: VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP. Experience with ITSM frameworks, incident management, and working within SLA environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities. Ability and willingness to work in shifts, including nights, US shifts, and weekends. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving network incidents to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
