Job Description Responsible for leading the sales team to reach sales targets. Sales head primary tasks with training team members and evaluating, adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive Sales. Heading a team of 20 members and handling inbound/outbound calls. Set clear team goals, KPIs, implement sales strategies and work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change. Plan and organise team building activities, delegate tasks and set project deadlines. Discover training needs and provide training for new telesales staff. Oversee and monitor day-to-day teams operation, performance and communicate with the team about their performance and report on metrics. Motivate team members and create a healthy work environment and atmosphere. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts and handle escalated customer complaints. Duties and responsibilities Overseeing a team of telesales, direct sales and data entry to ensure optimal client delivering and satisfaction Monitoring the conversion percentage and ensuring the delivery Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization's objectives. Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements both for Sales Teams and Dealers Collaborating with the digital team to trying out conversion via different mediums to bring trying maximum profit Analyzing the lead delivery and increasing the lead quality for campaigns through data analysis Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the team to fix upon the plan and review the results.
