Position: Sales AGM (Agriculture, Horticulture, Greenhouse, Polyhouse, Planting Material,Ornamental Plants)Location: 2nd Floor, Guru, Tower C, Guru Ravidas Marg, Balaji Estate, Govind Puri MetroStation, New Delhi, Delhi 110019Experience: 8+ years in Sales (Agriculture/Horticulture/Greenhouse/Polyhouse)Key Responsibilities:Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets in agriculture, horticulture, greenhouse,polyhouse, planting material, and ornamental plant sectors.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and marketpresence.Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in theindustry.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities.Drive sales growth through innovative approaches and new product promotions.Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams for productpositioning and promotion strategies.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.Proven experience in sales leadership within agriculture or horticulture sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.Knowledge of greenhouse, polyhouse technologies, and ornamental plants is a plus.Skills:Corporate gifting orders knowledge.Age- Upto 35yrs
