If you're looking for challenging work, thoughtful colleagues, and a global employer with social values, explore your potential at Invesco.Your TeamFund Treasury is primarily responsible for managing expenses and providing support for Invesco’s North American fund businesses, including retail mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and unregistered products. Their expense administration services encompass Transactional Services and Invoice Processing, ensuring efficient financial operations across various products.Invoice processing involves reimbursement of fund expenses covering various operational costs incurred by a fund, such as fees for asset safekeeping, legal services, report production, financial audits, and other administrative and regulatory expenses.The Transactional Services group is responsible for managing and reporting financial information, including preparing and reviewing expense-related calculations, analyses, and reports for stakeholders and regulatory filings. They also oversee trustee fee administration, allocating various fees such as deferred compensation and retirement fees. Additionally, the team supports North American teams by preparing and reviewing fiscal year-end reports.Your Role
  • Provides direct support relating to fund expense invoice processing including fund allocations, and payment coordination as well as specific assistance with the administration of specific fund obligations including but not limited to Trustee compensation plans and index licensing fees.
  • Prepares expense information needed for stakeholders and regulatory filings for all Invesco North American Products such as a Fund’s annual SEC registration statement, including fee table disclosures, as applicable.
  • Performs oversight over TPA fund expense accruals and budgets and ensures timely implementation.
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreement)/all relevant regulatory requirements are met and maintained, and escalating issues to Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
  • Provide cover for other team members in their absence and assist other areas, as required.
  • Contribute to overall team progress via team meetings / ideas / initiatives / training and development.
  • Escalate breaches to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Check other team members’ output to ensure accuracy, in a timely manner in line with regulatory deadlines/internal service standards.
  • Ability to document the procedures, develop training plans and other business process relevant documentation.
  • To deal with ad hoc activities and maintaining information systems
  • To update and maintain control checks while preparing and reviewing the process.
  • Should have excellent Time management skills.
  • Should be able to provide training for new joinees.
  • To assist in MIS reports and other data gathering, collation and information which might be required for business metrics or dashboards
  • To lead debrief meetings/ business calls for any deliverables related information or updates or discuss any projects independently.
  • Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.
The Experience Your Bring
  • Basic knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle and market participants
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Services or any similar profile.
  • Strong understanding of Journal Entries, understanding of Budgeting and AP process.
  • Strong analytical skills, Detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong hold in Microsoft Office Applications particularly excel and power BI.
  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to work in teams with eye for details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, passion for collaboration
  • Open-minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions
Academic Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience.
