Position Type : Full timeType Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)Education Desired : Bachelor of Commerce/BusinessBusiness Analyst/Functional Consultant (Loan Servicing Domain) – 10+ Yrs - PuneAbout the teamWe are a team of Functional Consultants / Business Analysts working in client facing roles and handling multiple projects globally on Commercial Loan Servicing. The scope of end-to-end starting with Initial kick offs through Requirements Phase, Build & Config through UAT and Go-Live.What you will be doing
  • This position is for a Consultant Sr Lead in Professional Services under the Capital Markets Division.
  • You will be responsible for discussing the requirements with the client, document requirements in Functional Specifications documents, map requirements to the product, perform gap analysis, identify product vs. client specific changes, derive Change Requests
  • Support the development teams during the Build and Config phases, perform configurations, business validations.
  • Support client during UAT, conduct trainings and work closely with Project Managers, SCRUM Masters.
What you bring:Knowledge / Experience
  • Min 10 years of experience on Commercial / Corporate Lending and Credit Assessment.
  • Hands on experience of Commercial Loan Originations and Financial Analysis.
  • Strong understanding and experience of conducting Requirements Analysis, gap analysis, documentations like FSD – Functional Specifications Document, Change Request Documents, Technical Specifications, Business Test Scenarios, etc.
  • Basic knowledge around PLSQL, scripting tools, JIRA.
  • Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
  • Understanding of project methodologies like agile
  • Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentations on timely basis.
  • Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.
