- Utilize various channels such as social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), professional networks, job portals, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications, team dynamics, and role expectations.
- Develop detailed job descriptions and person specifications to align with organizational goals.
- Review and evaluate resumes, applications, and portfolios to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and benefits with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging tools to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using online job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close candidates effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- A growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management (preferred).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline, or a diploma in HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- 3+years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, preferably within the IT services and consulting industry.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles, marketing roles etc.
