Job Title: Partner Manager - Accounting Channel ProgramDepartment: Business Development / Partner ManagementWork Mode or Job Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: INR 10 - 15 Lakh/YearAbout the RoleAs a Partner Manager for Cloudify's Accounting Channel Program, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and supporting accounting professionals and firms across India to promote Cloudify's software solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic partnership development, revenue generation, and hands-on partner enablement to drive business growth and market expansion.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnership Development- Identify and recruit qualified accounting professionals including CAs, firms, and consultants across India.- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy tailored to the accounting segment.- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.- Manage the entire partner lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and activation.2. Revenue Generation- Drive subscription-based sales through established accounting partner channels.- Collaborate with internal sales teams to close partner-influenced deals.- Track and forecast sales pipelines accurately.- Support partners in their client acquisition and deal closure efforts.3. Partner Enablement and Support- Design and deliver tailored training sessions for partners.- Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral for partner use.- Provide ongoing technical and business support.- Monitor performance and recommend strategies for improvement.4. Market Development- Represent Cloudify at relevant events and conferences within the accounting and fintech sectors.- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategy.- Provide partner/client feedback to the product and strategy teams for improvements.- Expand Cloudify's geographic footprint in at least 5 major Indian markets.Target Partner Segments- Independent Chartered Accountants- Regional Accounting Firms- Tax & Compliance Consultants- Bookkeeping Service ProvidersSupported Product IntegrationsPartners will promote integrations of Cloudify with:- Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Shopify- Connected with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, e-conomic, Fortnox, and TripletexKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Annual partner-sourced subscription growth- Partner recruitment and activation rates- Partner retention and satisfaction- Geographic expansion and client conversion- Timely and quality partner supportPerformance Reviews- Monthly performance check-ins on sales and partner metrics- Quarterly strategic reviews and realignment- Annual review for goal setting Work Environment- Flexible work hours to accommodate partner meetings- Continuous professional development opportunities LEVEL OF EXPERTISE- Product Management - 5 years- Sales - 5 years- Experienced in Customs and Global Trade Services (ref:updazz.com)
