Support PR strategy and program, including press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content to drive positive coverage of the company's initiatives, achievements, and industry impact. Manage in-country events, sponsorships, and other branding opportunities to position the company as a market leader in HCM technology. Experience: 8-10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, marketing, or related fields, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors. Proven track record of managing internal and external communications in a multinational environment. Strong media relations experience in handling press engagements in India and comfort in handling sensitive situations and crisis communications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences. Excitement for industry and product with curiosity to learn, growth, evolve, and adapt as business opportunities require. Experience in building and executing marketing and branding strategies that drive measurable results. Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
