As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to ensure continuous system performance and reliability. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain smooth operations and support critical business functions effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues promptly.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong knowledge of access control models and authentication protocols.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
