- High-Level Estimation: Ability to provide T-shirt sizing estimates on high-level project requirements and planning inputs.
- Solution Evaluation: Skilled in assisting Solution Architects to evaluate multiple solution options and converge on the preferred one using structured pros and cons analysis.
- BRS Interpretation: Strong understanding of Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and the ability to translate them into feasible technical solutions.
- Customer Journey Impact Analysis: Capable of identifying and articulating impacts across multiple customer journeys and touchpoints.
- OOTB-First Mindset: Proficient in designing solutions that leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities of platforms like Siebel, OSM, BRM, minimizing customizations.
- Estimation Methodology: Familiar with structured estimation techniques and tools to provide effort and cost estimates for solution components.
- Integration Design: Experience in low-level integration discussions and design, including REST APIs, Kafka, and legacy systems.
- Application Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of telecom-specific applications and platforms (Siebel or OSM or BRM) having worked in multiple Telecom projects in Designer/Solution Architect role.
- Functional Understanding: Strong grasp of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle, and operational flows. Order Management is key capability.
- Multi-Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments with distributed teams.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Comfortable working with Business Analysts, E2E Architects, Factory teams, and other stakeholders.
- Governance Participation: Active contributor to governance forums, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and performance standards.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities to assess solution feasibility and risk.
- Documentation & Review: Skilled in reviewing HLDs and Estimates, and test cases, and providing constructive feedback.
