Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.

Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design processes continually and outputs.

Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale effectively.

Proven experience (X years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.

Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Experience in leading a team of designers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
