As part of our charter, we own building & scaling influencer relationships for traffic generating and on-site content programs like Amazon Influencer Program, Video Shopping Experiences and Amazon Live. With its network of hundreds of thousands of creators, the Amazon Influencer Program is already a global leader in affiliate marketing and a preferred mode of monetization for creators. The addition of newer content experiences on Amazon increases the opportunities that we have to engage with creators and enable them to share their unique perspectives with our customers. As the Senior Marketing Manager on the team will play a pivotal role in developing the Creator X Amazon narrative and partner with categories to further refine the same for each of Amazon's businesses. You will partner closely with worldwide teams, to unlock new experiences for Amazon India creators and then go on to educating and engaging creators around the same. You will be responsible for measuring the impact of these creator first initiatives, working closely with legal, PR, marketing and category teams from design & launch to scaling and iterating. As the voice of the creator, you will play the role of an evangelist internally, sharing new opportunities as well as blockers in the path of scaling our creator first business initiatives. As we develop monetization channels for creators, you will also play a pivotal role in defining how Amazon's partner brands might partner with Amazon's creator network. You are an excellent oral and written communicator and you possess an analytical approach to customer insights, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively with external partners. You're particularly adept at crafting narratives, building new age communities online and offline.. You are comfortable taking initiative and working across teams in a relatively unstructured environment. Key job responsibilities . Own scaled influencer recruitment & activation rate goal while contributing to other team goals . Design and develop communication and engagement strategy for existing channels and develop new channels of connecting with influencers and partners . Own creator education and engagement across social media channels and offline events . Work with global product teams on acquisition campaigns: own budgets and optimzations . Work with product teams on testinga nd learning new creator first features onsite . Develop and measure experiments, utilizing results to identify opportunities. Synthesize key insights to help make future investment and resourcing decisions . Act as a subject matter expert to various business & category teams, helping them build mental models on how they can leverage influencers in their businesses. . Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations About the team .
