Job Description:Job Title: Deputy Manager – Facility Maintenance & Monitoring for R&D Test FacilitiesLocation: Gurgaon/RohtakRole SummaryResponsible for maintenance and monitoring of automotive R&D testing facilities, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and timely execution of maintenance activitiesKey Responsibilities· Plan and execute Periodic Calibration/preventive/predictive maintenance.· Prepare SOR for periodic maintenance of Test Facility/Utilities and to perform technical evaluation for competent supplier selection.· Monitor facility health and report issues promptly, Ensure uptime and optimal utilization of test facility setups.· Prepare MIS and Facility Utilization Records for monthly management reporting· Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment & central utilities installed in R&D· Ensure compliance with Safety and Audit requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).Technical & Analytical Skills· Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and P&IDs· Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems and IoT-based monitoring· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI for Management reporting· Logical reasoning and problem-solving.Required Competencies· Experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI, AI/ML, IoT platforms.· Experience with operation and maintenance of Chassis / Engine Dynamometers, HVAC system, Electrical System and other central utilities, Emission Measurement Systems, Battery Emulators and other Automotive Test Facilities· Strong communication and multitasking abilities.Qualifications & Experience· Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics.· Minimum 65% marks.· 4~6 years (Graduate Engineer)/ 9~16 years (Diploma Engineers) in automotive testing facility maintenance.Preferred Certifications (Optional)· Industrial Safety· Energy Management· HV/LV working (EV specific)· AI/IoT Systems Integration
