As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales, product, and delivery teams to provide strategic guidance and help prospects visualize the value of Salesforce solutions tailored to their business needs.Key Responsibilities:Solutioning & Demonstration:
- Understand client requirements and map them to Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Design and present customized Salesforce-based solutions through live demos, mock-ups, and proof of concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution architecture, use cases, and presentations aligned with the client's industry and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects during the sales cycle by clearly articulating product capabilities, value propositions, and ROI.
- Participate in discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and functional specifications.
- Support the sales team in creating compelling pitch decks, business cases, and customer journey mapping.
- Collaborate with legal and pricing teams to finalize SoWs, solution documents, and commercial proposals.
- Work closely with Salesforce delivery teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment of the proposed solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, product updates, and industry trends to ensure solutions are innovative and forward-thinking.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, case studies, and best practice repositories.
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or
- Strong business acumen with the ability to relate Salesforce capabilities to specific business goals and challenges.
- Exposure to creating PoCs, technical proposals, and demo environments.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to manage multiple deals, work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, and engage confidently with CXOs and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant).
- Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, PowerPoint, or proposal automation platforms.
