Job Title: Manager - Sales (Panel Division)Division: PanelExperience Required: 5+ YearsLocation: MumbaiKey Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Panel division to achieve business targets.- Identify new business opportunities, key clients, consultants, and channel partners.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.- Coordinate with internal teams such as projects, application, and operations for smooth execution of orders.- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on outstanding payments.- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of Panel products and project-based sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
