- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for CNC machining and iron casting solutions across target industries such as automotive, pumps, valves, and general engineering
- Identify and acquire new customers while building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and industrial clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Analyze engineering drawings, material specifications, and customer requirements to support accurate techno-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer expectations
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility, including digital channels, technical presentations, and participation in industry events
- Prepare technical brochures, case studies, and presentations showcasing foundry and machining capabilities
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and generate MIS reports for business insights and forecasting
- Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring consistent follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value addition through effective communication between customers and internal teams
- Strong experience in B2B sales within CNC machining, iron casting, foundry, or manufacturing industries
- Solid understanding of machining processes, casting techniques (CI/DI), and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing long sales cycles in industrial environments
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions, including costing, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Strong relationship-building skills with OEMs, procurement teams, and engineering stakeholders
- Good knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital presence and industry networking
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
