Head of CPP Films- Overseeing all aspects of CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film production, from planning and execution to quality control and team management. Strong understanding of CPP film manufacturing processes, market trends, and a proven ability to manage production operations, including personnel, budgets, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Planning and directing all aspects of CPP film production, including setting production targets, managing resources (materials, equipment, and personnel), and ensuring efficient and timely output.- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards and customer specifications.- Managing and motivating a team of production staff, including providing guidance, training, and performance management.- Identifying and implementing improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.- Developing and managing budgets for CPP film production, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.- Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.- Interacting with customers to address complaints, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the product and service.- Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the CPP film business, including identifying new market opportunities and product development strategies.Qualification And Experience:1. BE in Mechanical or Chemical or Polymer, or related field with a focus on operations management or a related field is typically required.2. Extensive experience in CPP film production, including hands-on experience with extrusion, winding, and other related processes.3. Strong understanding of CPP film manufacturing processes, including knowledge of different types of CPP films, their properties, and applications.4. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, develop and implement production plans, and manage budgets.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.7. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations for CPP film production.
