Alter Domus is changing the way we work, building the alternative financial services company of the future. In this role, you’ll help us ensure that system architectures are functional, robust and scalable for our ambitions around low code/workflow technology. This specific role is Night Shift ONLY. Please do not appy unless you are willing to work Night Shift.What You'll Do at Alter Domus:Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deploymentCollaborate and team with Alter Domus employees, 3rd party partners with a continuous focus on Customer Success, transformation and change managementProvide support on multiple projects analysing and interpreting user requirements, and to provide feedback on constraints and improvementsWho You Are:You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience working with senior technical architects, business users and engineers3-5 years’ experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications on Pega SystemsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologiesDemonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principlesExpertise in a variety of technologies, including WebShere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL.Ability to speak English (other languages advantageous)Achieved a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)Knowledge of other low code/workflow tools advantageousKnowledge of the alternative investment space advantageousWhat You've Accomplished:Been part of a digital transformation of large, complex businessesProvided leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensionsProvided technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issuesActed as a coach and mentor to team members building workflowsWHAT WE OFFER:We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.Our industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning.Our global benefits also include:
