- Installation and commissioning of pharma machines at client sites (domestic & international).
- Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance services as per schedules or customer requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Conduct on-site training and technical support to customer teams.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, electrical, automation) for problem resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support and professional service.
- Travel frequently for service calls, maintenance visits, and installations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at client sites.
