• As Regional Manager he has to manage 5or more branches under him, and a large team.
• Motivate their team to achieve the desired target.
• Give training to their team and ensure productivity as per organizational goal.

• Understanding strengths and vulnerabilities of major competitors and developing sales strategies within the region.
• Communicate regularly with the team to ensure response times and service levels are maintained.
• Coordinates the involvement of relevant personnel and support function in order to meet account performance and customers- expectations.
• Manage attrition in the region, review manpower numbers and ensure capability building within the existing team.
