Overview The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department, contributing to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing the full range of HR activities. This role involves overseeing recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding Administer and enhance the human resource information system (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting Handle employee relations, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Assist in the performance management process Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs Conduct training needs analysis and work with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs Assist in employee recognition and engagement initiatives Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work culture Produce regular reports and analytics on HR metrics to inform decision-making Support in the coordination of employee events and activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS management Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus Experience in developing and delivering HR training programs Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative approach Dedication to promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment Skills: hr policies and procedures,shrm-cp,employee relations,training needs analysis,phr certification,ms office,employment laws,onboarding,hris management,compliance,recruitment
