The role involves editing, assembling, and enhancing video footage for marketing, educational, and branding purposes, particularly in a professional or healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual clarity.Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, YouTube, ads, webinars, and internal communications
- Create short-form videos such as reels, shorts, and performance ads
- Edit doctor interviews, patient testimonials, event videos, and educational content
- Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and basic animations where required
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and tone
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and objectives
- Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
- Manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines
- Maintain organized video files and archives
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Video Editing, Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant video editing experience (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-based industries
- Basic color correction and sound editing skills
- Experience editing YouTube content and performance marketing videos
- Familiarity with subtitles, captions, and accessibility standards Soft Skills
- Clear communication and understanding of briefs
