Job Description:The Business Development - Architects role is responsible for driving project sales by developing strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors. The position focuses on product specification, project tracking, and conversion of specifications into orders through channel partners.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage relationships with architects, design consultants, and PMC firms to generate product specifications.- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects and ensure timely engagement from design to execution stage.- Promote products to architects and influencers to ensure brand specification in projects.- Coordinate with builders, contractors, and channel partners to convert specifications into sales.- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and mock-up discussions.- Maintain a healthy project pipeline, update CRM/MIS, and submit regular sales reports.- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing in the Nashik region.- Support collections and ensure smooth coordination with supply chain and internal teams.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of project sales and specification selling- Relationship management with architects and influencers- Project tracking and coordination skills- Negotiation and communication abilities- Basic knowledge of channel sales coordination (ref:updazz.com)
