We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Team Leader - Telesales to lead our high-energy sales team. You'll oversee day-to-day telesales operations, guide your team to hit targets, and ensure top-notch quality in every customer interaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and has the skills to inspire performance excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a telesales team to achieve daily & monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure quality control of calls and adherence to scripts.
  • Allocate telecalling lists, manage rosters, attendance, and leaves.
  • Conduct daily team briefings before shifts.
  • Monitor and review performance; provide regular feedback & retraining where needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales & account reports and ensure timely payment deposits.
  • Track competitor activities, offers, and performance trends.
  • Interview & shortlist candidates for the telesales team.
  • Ensure maximum manpower utilization for peak productivity.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
  • 2+ years' experience in telesales/telemarketing leadership roles.
  • Proven ability in objection handling and closing sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team to deliver results.
