For more information, visit our website at .Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Compliance, Accounts, and Finance to join our team at our headquarters in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing financial audits, and managing balance sheets, TDS, and GST requirements. This role is integral to supporting the financial health and integrity of our organization.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive internal and external audits to uphold financial integrity.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of balance sheets, TDS, and GST compliance.
  • Monitor tax standards and ensure the organization meets all legal requirements.
  • Facilitate the accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual financial returns.
  • Draft, implement, and oversee financial policies and procedures for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure financial processes align with operational goals.
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient knowledge of accounts standards and regulatory practices (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to conduct both internal and external audits efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in managing balance sheets, TDS, and GST obligations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax standards and regulations for accurate financial reporting.
  • Experience in preparing and filing monthly and annual financial returns.
  • Skillful in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to optimize company practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in finance and compliance matters.
