The position also supports system troubleshooting, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making using Power BI. The position will drive digital quality transformation, stabilize transactions, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to enhance operational excellence.How you’ll make an impact
  • Lead implementation of Quality Notifications (QN) across all Operating Units. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for SAP-Q processes to end users.
  • Implement Quality Cost capturing in coordination with SAP CoE and Finance teams. Manage and execute migration of CCRP processes to SAP QN framework.
  • Stabilize and monitor performance of Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, ZP transactions across Operating Units. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate SAP guidelines and process standards.
  • Monitor Digital Factory deployment progress across all sites. Track and follow up on open issues, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Factory Core Team and Operating Units. Ensure Digital Factory modules integrate properly with SAP Q-module and other digital systems.
  • Facilitate training and capability building for factory teams. Manage and support Digital Passport (DPS) implementation and stabilization.
  • Support integration of REIWA processes with Quality workflows. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability within DPS and REIWA platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization. Lead PFMEA mapping for each Operating Unit in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Ensure cross‑product and cross‑process verification of PFMEAs. Facilitate PFMEA reviews with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
  • Ensure PFMEAs are linked to relevant SAP-Q controls and Digital Factory systems.
  • Train site teams in PFMEA methodology and risk management processes. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Quality, Digital Factory, and PFMEA insights.
  • Automate reporting for Q-Module performance, Q-cost capturing, and Digital Factory KPIs. Analyze system data to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and operational bottlenecks. Provide data-driven inputs to leadership for decision-making.

Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in SAP QM, digital quality systems, and manufacturing IT.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP REIWA, Digital Factory, DPS platforms. Strong background in PFMEA, process mapping, and risk management.
  • Proven capability in Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, and report automation. Experience coordinating across multiple plants / Operating Units.
  • SAP QM configuration & support; Digital Factory systems & integration; Digital Passport (DPS) & REIWA
  • Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization); Troubleshooting & solution design; PFMEA facilitation and verification
  • Cross-functional coordination; Data analytics and insights generation; Strong communication and training ability; Project management and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
