AEM Tech Lead

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AEM projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Architect and develop AEM templates, components, dialogs, and workflows using Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, and Adobe Core Components.
• Data Layer implementation in AEM for collection and management of data in CDP and Adobe Analytics for website tracking and customer profiling
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines using AEM Cloud Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and Project Management.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, peer-to-peer reviews and enforce best practices.
• Deploy applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

• AEM Certified Sites Developer or equivalent certification.
• Strong experience with AEM EDS and legacy CQ5 building blocks.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, and JCR APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL for headless CMS integrations.
• Familiarity with Touch UI, Sling Models, and AEM Core Components.
• Knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service and its architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress).
• Integration experience with Adobe Magento or other eCommerce platforms.
• Exposure to React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Understanding of Adobe Target, Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
