Our client is a USA-registered, fast-growing global marketing agency that delivers high-impact digital strategies and campaigns for businesses across multiple industries. With a focus on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and measurable ROI, they are expanding their leadership team and looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead end-to-end marketing execution and client growth strategies.Role Overview- We are hiring an experienced Head of Digital Marketing who can lead, execute, and scale 360-degree marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong agency experience, be highly strategic yet hands-on, and have a proven record of building predictable lead pipelines, driving revenue, and managing a high-performing marketing team.- This leadership role also offers growth into a client-facing marketing consultant position, where you'll directly engage with clients to design strategies, oversee campaigns, and deliver performance-driven marketing solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage full-spectrum digital marketing, including inbound, outbound, SEO, content, paid campaigns, ABM, webinars, events, and brand strategy.- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and metrics-driven culture.- Act as a strategic marketing consultant for clients, leading campaign planning, execution, reviews, and monthly operational growth management.- Implement data-driven lead-generation pipelines and optimize conversion metrics.- Utilize marketing tools and automation platforms for maximum efficiency and impact.- Monitor and report on KPIs such as CAC, CPL, MQL/SQL, ROAS, and pipeline attribution.- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.Required Skills & Experience :- 10+ years in digital marketing with demonstrated success in leadership and hands-on execution.- Expertise in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, ABM, cold outreach, and marketing automation.- Strong experience in tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Smartreach, Clay, HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Zoho, Mailchimp, SalesQL.- Proven client management experience, ideally in a consulting capacity.- In-depth understanding of performance marketing metrics and revenue attribution.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.Must-Have Qualifications- Prior agency experience (not staffing or hiring models).- Track record of working with clients across multiple industries.- Strong marketing portfolio demonstrating campaign success and strategic leadership.- Expertise with latest marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
