Key Responsibilities ** Salesforce Customization Development:** 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. 2. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and process builder to meet business requirements. 3. Work on integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services, as well as other integration tools. ** Technical Leadership:** 1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level Salesforce developers. 2. Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 3. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and other technical teams to design scalable solutions. ** ** Collaboration with Business Teams:** 1. Work closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 2. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
