We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Team Lead (ATL) - Sales with hands-on experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving performance, and ensuring targets are met consistently.Key Responsibilities:- Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End sales)- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives and take full accountability of driving monthly admission and revenue Quota- Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.- Monitor team performance using CRM tools and daily reporting.- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues.- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to the Sales Manager/Head.Requirements:- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales within the EdTech industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and other reporting platforms (ref:updazz.com)
