Apply now!The TeamWe are responsible for harmonizing and optimizing SAP's support & cloud operations processes and parts of security operations on a user-centric, innovative platform, focused on delivering a simple, stable, effective and desirable internal (for SAP employees) and external (for SAP customers) customer service management. Central to this effort is the 3rd Party SaaS platform ServiceNow and its applications IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Security Operations Management (SecOps). By creating this solution, we serve all SAP lines of business and cross teams.The RoleLead solution architecture for dedicated IT Operations Management or Security Operations topics (e.g. Configuration Management, Event Management, Security incident Response)Work closely with sprint teams to ensure architectural design is transferred in working productsResponsible for architectural design, development, and refactoring across multiple agile teamsBecome proficient with business processes and transfer business demands to reliable and simple solutionsAs a Solution Architect, act as thought leader for other team membersDrive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability and maintainabilityApplying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for the provided solutionsEstablish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts and enable “ONE TEAM” spirit from delivery to operationThe Role RequirementsAcademic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology, Software engineering, business informatics or related fields8+ years of professional working experience in architecture or development (with focus on ServiceNow)Experience in designing large-scale IT systemsExperience in agile application delivery processes, procedures & agile implementation methods (e.g. SAFe)Good IT/Cloud knowledge with particular focus on enterprise applications and application architectureExperience in architecture development methods like UML, BPMN documentation methodologies and requirements analysis and application architecture design based on itLeader and team player - give guidance and show excellent coordination skills, passionate about execution, motivated and self-managedExcellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills and be an interface to different stakeholders talking “different languages”Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical skillsQuick learner, passionate, motivated and self-managedWe build breakthroughs togetherSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
