Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute sales visits across designated locations based on a predefined route map.- Approach new and existing customers (boutiques, garment manufacturers, retailers) to showcase fabric samples and collect orders.- Present and explain fabric types, pricing, applications, and uniqueness to customers.- Provide complete and accurate order details to the CRM team and ensure proper follow-up on each order until dispatch.- Coordinate with dispatch and billing teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.- Actively seek and document customer feedback on fabric quality, trends, and demand.- Report product response and suggestions to the management for improvements or adjustments.- Conduct research to identify and approach new customers/distributors to expand the client base in and other potential regions.- Submit reports on visits, orders booked, pending orders, and feedback.- Ensure mandatory compliance reporting related to sales activities and travel.- Be flexible to perform any other job-related tasks delegated by management from time to time in line with the sales role.Eligibility Criteria:Experience: 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the textile or garment industry.Skills: Strong communication, product demonstration, order management, and client relationship skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with designer fabrics textile market.Tech-savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales apps for order entry and communication.Travel Readiness: Willing to travel within daily and outstation (e.g., Other Cities) monthly - all expenses borne by the company.Salary & Benefits:- Fixed Salary- Performance Incentives- Travel Allowance + Daily Allowance for outstation trips- Company-paid travel, accommodation & food for monthly Trip and other business tripsCareer growth opportunities in a reputed textile brandWhatsapp at +91 9327940360 (ref:updazz.com)
