Job Description: We are seeking a Domestic Operations Specialist to provide exceptional travel services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent soft skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of domestic travel destinations and services. As a Domestic Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client queries through various communication channels, including social media, phone, and other services. Key Responsibilities Handle client queries and requests related to domestic travel. Conduct research to identify the best available options and pricing for clients. Prepare and provide quotes to clients and work diligently to bring leads to closure. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Negotiate the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants. Design cost-effective travel packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure client confidentiality. Keep accurate records of all client information in the database. Manage and update bookings using existing systems. Book excursions, flights, hotels, and arrange transportation as per client specifications. Requirements Relevant qualifications and work experience in the travel industry. Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations. Proficiency in reservation and ticketing, especially on online portals. Excellent soft skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Availability for a full-time position. Work experience as a Domestic Operations Specialist is a plus. Strong knowledge of geography and domestic travel destinations. Ability to work from the office during standard office hours (10.30 am to 6.30 pm).
