In this role you will be reporting to Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the quality strategy for a local ABB organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.Your responsibilities

Supporting the deployment of strategy, objectives and targets for Quality Management within local ABB organizational unit
Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to the local organization or its Quality Management
Promoting the vision for zero-defects and supporting the local teams to ensure that requirements from ABB, customers and stakeholders can be fulfilled, focusing on prevention rather than only control
Utilizing the local Quality Management System to provide the local teams with procedures and documentation that sufficiently describe their work activities
Coordinating and participating in benchmarking activities within the industry, inside and outside ABB to continuously challenge the status quo and further develop the organizational self-perception
Driving initiatives to improve on agreed aspects of Quality in close collaboration with local units and across multiple units or functions as applicable

Your background

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
Should have experience in 7QC tool, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) - preferable, QMS, customer handling and analytical view
Knowledge about Power BI, Power Automat or Python is preferrable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
