Product Manager-FES-Foreign Exchange Service-Product

• Lead the product development lifecycle for FES products, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and develop user-friendly, efficient FES solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve FES products.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new FES products, working closely with the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our FES offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile product development methodologies is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, including roadmapping and user story creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
