- Function as a Business Analyst within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team.
- Serve as a liaison between global Research Informatics functional areas and global research scientists, prioritizing their needs and expectations.
- Partner with development and product teams to gather and document technical requirements.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as OS upgrades and lab systems enhancements.
- Lead planning and coordination of global maintenance windows for lab compute infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Configuration Manager experts and RBS partners to ensure successful execution and communication.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and drive remediation planning and testing.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, including technological risks, scientific validation, and user acceptance.
- Document technical configurations, planning steps, user stories, and follow-up actions.
- Support deployment, user acceptance testing, and production readiness efforts.
- Develop documentation, communication plans and training plans for end users.
- Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or scientific environment, preferably in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation planning.
- Experience with documenting technical configurations, user stories, and process flows.
- Working knowledge of Group Policy settings and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PowerShell and batch scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows OS environments and enterprise upgrade projects (e.g., Windows 10 to 11 migrations).
- Experience with scientific or laboratory computing environments (e.g., research informatics or lab device support).
- Exposure to Tableau, Dash, Spotfire, or other Analytics solutions for reporting and data visualization.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions
- Experience with reporting patch compliance or maintenance outcomes to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Adobe Reader, Google Chrome, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise setting.
- Competency in ServiceNow
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) – including troubleshooting and client remediation.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Demonstrable ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams of scientists, software engineers, and vendors
