  • Prepare an agenda according to client specifications and best practices for predictive interview results
  • Review the candidate’s resume in advance of the technical discussion to validate the accomplishments claimed
  • Follow independent contractor’s guidelines pertaining to avoiding legal landmines and maintaining candidate morale during interactive video technical interviews.
  • Assess the candidate’s technical competencies and depth of experience through structured questions and quantify using standardized rubrics
  • Write reports for clients that detail the technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidates.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 7 years experience, ideally within a Sr Desktop support engineer
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Helpdesksupport, Network, microsoft office365, Activedirectory and microsoftIntune
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Teams
  • Experience with Help Desk support tools like ZenDesk or ServiceNow
  • Experience creating and leveraging knowledge base documentation
  • Self-driven with highly organized time management skills
  • Basic networking comprehension
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, InTune, Configuration Manager, Smart Deploy, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
  • Experience configuring and maintaining AV equipment
