- Prepare an agenda according to client specifications and best practices for predictive interview results
- Review the candidate’s resume in advance of the technical discussion to validate the accomplishments claimed
- Follow independent contractor’s guidelines pertaining to avoiding legal landmines and maintaining candidate morale during interactive video technical interviews.
- Assess the candidate’s technical competencies and depth of experience through structured questions and quantify using standardized rubrics
- Write reports for clients that detail the technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidates.
- You have at least 7 years experience, ideally within a Sr Desktop support engineer
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of Helpdesksupport, Network, microsoft office365, Activedirectory and microsoftIntune
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Experience with Help Desk support tools like ZenDesk or ServiceNow
- Experience creating and leveraging knowledge base documentation
- Self-driven with highly organized time management skills
- Basic networking comprehension
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, InTune, Configuration Manager, Smart Deploy, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Experience configuring and maintaining AV equipment
