You will oversee and manage the residential units' day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security. Your patience and ability to ride a two-wheeler are also essential for this position. Job Duties Supervise and manage residential facilities. Ensure the security and safety of residents. Oversee maintenance and repairs of residential units. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors/vendors. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of properties. Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
